Performance Introduction of LBX Automatic Board Cooling Line:
· The equipment is mainly applied for automatic conveying, edge scraping treatment and board cooling when consolidated composite floor is in the course of lamination production of hot press. It improves quality of products, reduces labor intensity and decreases production cost effectively.

· Floor area of the equipment: standard type, length * width, 8500mm*9200mm
· Power of the whole set of equipment: 10.5kw
· The whole set of equipment is composed by storage rack of balance paper, hydraulic elevator of base plate, storage carrier of decorating paper and wear resistant paper, sliding board machine for discharging, board reversing machine, conveying line of dynamic roller, conveying line of press roller, edge scraping mechanism, board cooling line, pneumatic board pushing machine, board out-feeding device and hydraulic elevator of finished products as well as carrier for replacing steel plate.
· After the consolidated composite floor is lamination processed by hot press, the following steps of the equipment including conveying, edge scraping, board cooling and board stacking are all controlled by automatic PLC. It is featured in humanized structure, excellent automatic procedure, reason structure, standardized layout, safe and reliable etc.
